Running is a great thing to do, whether you're doing it to compete in a sport, to get in shape or for fun. Pretty much the only time that running isn't the most fun thing to do in the world is if you're late for something or being chased. Some of us are natural runners, others have to train to be able to sprint, and others of us don't run at all unless we can totally avoid it.
